How NDIS funding works
The NDIS funds reasonable and necessary supports for people with permanent and significant disability. Your NDIS plan outlines the funding available across different support categories. Strong Together Care and Support can deliver services under multiple NDIS support categories — we'll work with you and your support coordinator to make the most of your plan.
Not sure which support is right for you?
Our team is happy to talk through your NDIS plan and help you understand what's possible. There's no obligation — just a friendly conversation.
